By purchasing a subscription or using any OneIPTV service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
OneIPTV provides an IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Account & Credentials
Your subscription credentials (username and password) are for your personal use only. Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
4. Payment
All payments are one-off and charged at the time of purchase. We do not offer rolling monthly subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices are as stated at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7 Days Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or in cases of terms violations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service without our written permission (see our Reseller Programme for authorised reselling); attempt to circumvent security measures; use the service to access content in countries where such access is prohibited by law.
7. Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
