Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available for all subscription purchases within 7 days of the original purchase date. All plan durations (GOLD, GOLD VIP, PREMIUM, Premium VIP) are covered by this guarantee.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day guarantee period. Refunds are also not available in cases where our Terms of Service have been violated (e.g., credential sharing, unauthorised reselling).
Free Trials
Free trials are provided at no cost and are therefore not eligible for refunds. If you purchase a full subscription after a free trial, your 7-day guarantee begins from the date of that purchase.
